List of Authorization Templates

To view the list of previously saved templates:

From the main menu right click Administration > authorizations > Templates > List.

All the previously saved authorization templates will be displayed to you in a grid.

You can hit enter on any record, or select the record and click edit button or double click the record.
This will display the saved template privileges on the authorization form.

Make your changes and click on save. The software will ask you whether you want to update the privilege for all logins. This means, that the logins which had been assigned the currently edited authorization template before, will get updated with the new template values currently being saved. Click on 'yes' on the dialog box if you want to update the logins or select 'no' if you want to leave the previous logins as they are.
