Private Bill

R click the appointment to select Private Bill or Quick Bill.
1. Private Bill.
This list displays the 10 most frequent services used by each individual doctor and continues to update itself.
- Note: The menu shows the nicknames of the top 10 services. The nickname can be changed by going to Items > Service >Search Service (Open the record and enter the nickname)
2. Quick Bill.
The Quick Bill autocompletes the bill with service item number 23.
The invoice number for the bill is generated after the bill has been created.
Troubleshooting
The service item number can be changed after it has been added to the grid.
If that item number you have newly edited is not present in the table then the system will message you that the item does not exist and the record colour will become red.
You cannot save the bill if the service item is erroneous. You can either delete that service item from the grid, or alter the service code to a code which is present in the system.
