Adding item numbers with Ctrl + L
Hitting Ctrl + L will display the Service Lookup form and by using the Nick Name the software will assist you to find the correct item number.
Each Item number displays the item number by default in the Nick Name box but this can be replaced with an easily remembered name. eg ECG, BCC, Spiro etc
e.g. If you can't remember the item number for removal of a corneal foreign body then the system can be customized to easily search for the correct item number and also add it to the bill.
Enter the letters "fb" for the Nick Name.
Just select the correct item number from the matches offered by the Nick Name.
The bill form is disabled while the Service Lookup form remains open and is re-enabled once the Lookup form is closed.
