Bills held are those PRIVATE bills which are
- not yet printed
- not paid
- not cancelled
- not written off
For instance a person having a ? BCC excised on their face might be billed as a #31265 but this bill cannot be released to the patient until the histopathology report confirms the diagnosis. This bill might remain in the system for several days and could be forgotten!
