Add the Waiting Room to the appointment screen

The appearance of a waiting room on the appointment screen is activated by a system preference.
Administration> Preferences> System Preferences
The waiting room appears as another column in the appointment book.
"Walk ins" or patients who come to the practice without a prior appointment can be added to the waiting room.
Based on the availability of the doctor they are moved (Drag n' Drop) from the waiting room to the Doctor’s column.
The system preferences can be set to restrain Doctors from moving patients from the waiting room.
Limitations of the waiting room.
- Patients can not be billed from the waiting room
- Medicare Australia cannot be accessed
- Patient Check cannot be performed
