Retrieves the tag name of the object.

Syntax

HTML	N/A
Scripting	[ sName = ] object.tagName

Possible Values

sName

String that specifies the tag name.

The property is read-only with no default value.

Example

This example retrieves the tag name of an object that has the identifier specified in the prompt window.
