This menu item deselects all files (and folders) in the files pane, ie. current tab.
All files may also be deselected by clicking in a blank area in the files pane, in the first column (usually Names) or clicking in any other column.

Info: Individual files may be selected, after using Select None, by using Ctrl+click_on_file. In Details view, the file must be clicked in the first column, unless the Full row selection in details view option is enabled. |
