Position File (*.POS) File Formats
A data field is provided (see PositionImportExportFileType in the PROBEWIN.INI file section) to export and import the sample setup numbers to the .POS ASCII position files in addition to the sample name and coordinates. If this option is utilized, care must be taken to ensure that the setup numbers match the appropriate setups in the Probe for EPMA database file that they are intended to be acquired with.
