Operating Conditions
This menu allows the user to modify or display the accelerating voltage, takeoff angle or beam current for calculation purposes. No changes to the microprobe operation are performed. These parameters are not saved to the Standard database and are only intended for evaluating their effect on the various correction factors calculated by Standard. Of course, only the kilovolts and takeoff parameters have any effect on the calculations.
