Empirical MACs
This menu allows the user to selectively load empirical MACs (mass absorption coefficients) from a supplied ASCII file. These MACs are loaded from the EMPMAC.DAT file in the Probe for EPMA directory.

The selections made here will be reflected in the calculation of ZAF correction factors and k-ratios in the Standard program. This may be used to determine the effect of various mass absorption coefficients on the correction factors for the standard compositions.
