Tax Included
This field appears on the 
Taxes
form you use when reconciling taxable bank entries.
To open the Taxes form when entering bank entries, do one of the following:

On the detail entry grid on the Bank Entry form, double-click in the Taxable column in the line for a particular detail to change the Taxable status to Yes, then click the Taxable column heading.

On the Reconcile OFX Statements form, select the unmatched transaction, then click the Bank Entry button.
Double-click in the Tax Included field to display Yes if taxes for the selected authority are included in the bank entry amount.
