To copy an existing toolbar to ribbon panels

  1. Click Tools tab Customization panel User Interface. At the command prompt, enter cui.
  2. In the Customize User Interface Editor, Customize tab, in the Customizations In <file name> pane, click the plus sign (+) next to Toolbars to expand it.
  3. Select the toolbar that you want to copy to panels.
  4. Right-click the selected toolbar. Click Copy to Ribbon Panels.

  5. In the Convert to Ribbon Panel dialog box, click Yes.
  6. Click OK.
