The first time you install SQL Server Books Online, all of the links are one color, which means no linked topics have been visited. After you link to a topic, all the links for that topic appear as a different color. This is the standard behavior for HTML browsers.

To print all subtopics that are linked to a topic, on the toolbar, click Print, and then select Print the selected heading and subtopics. To use CTRL+P to print, first click anywhere in the right pane, press CTRL+P, and then select the Print all linked documents check box.
