publication Properties, Publication Access List Tab
The following options are available on the Publication Access List tab of the publication Properties dialog box.
Options
Login name
View the login name for the account.
Type
View the type of user account.
Add
Add a new login to the list. You can add only those login names that are already defined at both the Publisher and Distributor.
Remove
Remove the selected login from the list.
Remove All
Remove all the logins from the list.
Note Before an enabled Subscriber can connect to a Publisher, the login for the Subscriber must be present in the Publisher's publication access list
