2.1 Installing/Upgrading LANSA Open

If you are upgrading from an older version of LANSA Open, be sure to read the Important Note for LANSA Open Upgrade.
The installation will load the following:
- Windows 32 DLL (LCOEW32.DLL)
- A Configuration Utility
- A Help file.
