About this guide
This guide describes the facilities available with LANSA and the LANSA Repository, how to access and how to use them. It does not cover the creation of LANSA's RDML code - this is described in detail in the .
The contents have been grouped into four main areas which represent the four control menus in the LANSA system. These are:
- FIELDS
- FILES
- PROCESSES
- HOUSEKEEPING.
Within these major headings you will find a description of each entry on each LANSA menu in the same sequence as the item appears on the menu.
For every component of the LANSA system, you will find:
- What the component does.
- How to access it.
- When to use it.
- Why you would use it.
- The input requirements and options.
- Examples of using it.
