Only few possibilities are actually offered by the Options menu. In here, you can set two things :
| SIO irq always enabled (F4)

| A rather important function in previous versions and still required from time to time in the new versions is the SIO irq. When you're not able to load or save a game, or when no key can be pressed any more, activating this function (using the shortcut F4 is the easiest way to do this) usually solves the issue.

| While ePSXe should normally be able to automaticly detect the region of a game, you're still able to choose yours from this menu.
