Changes to DB-Library for C

DB-Library for C version 7.0 has been changed and improved since version 4.2x, and your program can be revised to take advantage of these changes. However, no changes to your application or program source code are required. Existing applications should continue to run properly with DB-Library 7.0, and existing programs should build properly with DB-Library 7.0.
