Parameters
- breakPeriod

null, the break period is the remainder of the current lease, or zero for infinite leases.

null, no condition is used.
- options
A BlobRequestOptions object that specifies additional options for the request.
- operationContext
An OperationContext object that represents the context for the current operation. This object is used to track requests, and to provide additional runtime information about the operation.
