Blur

	Blur
	Use Blur to soften and retouch your image or mask small defects like dots and spots. When you apply the Blur filter, the blur effect is applied to the whole image, and you cannot apply it to the selection. To apply the blur filter, drag the slider to increase or decrease the blurring effect. Dragging to the left makes the image more blurry. The center slider position applies no Blur filter.
	View the image in the preview box and make further adjustments if needed.
