Locking Drags works the same as Tap and Drag except that the drag continues even after you have lifted your finger. To end a Locking Drags action, tap again. Locking Drags allow you to drag objects across the screen using several finger strokes.
If you have a supported pointing stick and it is selected, “Locking Drags” will be changed to “Press-To-Select means Right Click” and will control whether pressing on the pointing stick will act as a “right click” (context menu action) instead of a “left click” (normal select action).
