Set Criteria

Criteria restrict the records that are displayed in the Finder and when you use the navigation buttons. If the Finder uses criteria, the Finder might not display all records.

To check or remove the criteria

• Click the Finder, then click the Set Criteria button.

• Choose the Clear button from the form that appears.
