Restricting Access to Purchase Orders Data
If you are the system administrator (the ADMIN user), you can turn on security for Sage ERP Accpac and restrict access to Purchase Orders data.
You use Database Setup to turn on security for the system database.
You use Administrative Services to grant security authorization to users. (First, you define security groups for Purchase Orders, selecting the tasks that members of each security group can perform. Then, you assign individual users to the security groups you defined).
