Use Toolhelp32 instead of psapi.dll

Toolhelp32 method to enumerate processes is a windows-based method to detect all processes while psapi uses it's own system.

By checking this option, Olly will use Toolhelp32 instead of the psapi method. This way, you have sometimes better results in attach-window, however, you won't see path of the processes.
