Show all jumps and calls - Allow action in Olly while using

Problem:

Show all jumps and local calls. If we use this dialog, it locks up Olly and we can't set any breakpoints in Olly which would be very useful.

So ticking this option in the plugin prevents Olly from locking up and so you can set breakpoints and do other actions in Olly.
