Current limitations

- dll-loading message isn't skipped when launching from context (because plugins aren't loaded then)

- limited hiding capability when launching from context. YOU SHOULD NEVER USE IT FROM CONTEXT! Olly has problems in general if you do this.

Note: This limitations can't be fixed by the plugin. The plugin is loaded to late to take action against this.
