Masking an image from an ROI

1. Click Image»Image Mask or select Image Mask in the Image tab of the Processing Functions palette.
2. Select Create from ROI.
3. Select an ROI tool from the toolbar and draw the region of interest.
4. Click Set ROI.
5. Select mask options.
6. Click OK to add this step to the script.

Tip  You can select a new region of interest by selecting an ROI tool and selecting a new area in the image.
