Performing a lookup table transformation

1. Click Grayscale»Lookup Table or click Lookup Table in the Grayscale tab of the Processing Functions palette.
2. Select the lookup table that you want to apply to the image.
3. Click OK to apply the lookup table and add this step to the script.
