Scale Position Property

Specifies the position of the rotary scale. Start specifies where the scale begins. The 3 o'clock position is 0, 12 o'clock position is pi/2, 9 0'clock position is pi, 6 o'clock position is 3pi/2, and so on. Range specifies the clockwise range (in angles) of the scale from the start position.
This property is not writable for meters.
