Allow Undefined Names Property

Allows channel names which are not defined to be entered.
This property is similar to the Allow Undefined Names option of the Filter Names dialog box. Right-click the traditional DAQ channel control and select I/O Name Filtering from the shortcut menu to display the Filter Names dialog box.
