Use this attribute to phase shift the PLL circuit of the On Board Clock source. You can use this attribute to align the Sample clock of this device with another device that shares the same Reference clock. This property is not valid if Ref Clock Source is set to None. The valid range for this attribute is 0 to 4,095.
