	名称:
		read_bytes() - 从一个档案或是一个字串读取一连串连续的位元组
				(byte).
	语法:
		string read_bytes( string path, int start, int length );

		字串 read_bytes( 字串 path, 整数 start, 整数 length );
	用法:
		这个函式读取 path 指定的档案内容, 从 start  指定的第几位元组
		开始读取到 length 指定长度的资料. 传回的位元组为字串的型态.
		注意, start + length  的大小绝对不可以超过档案的末端, 否则
		read_bytes()  读取的动作会失败. 如果不指定第二及第三个参数,
		则会读取整个档案.
