	名称：
		db_fetch() 返回最后一次 db_exec 函数操作的返回值
			的阵列。

	语法：
		array db_fetch(int db_handle, int row)
		阵列 db_fetch(整数 handle, 整数 row)

	用法：
		此函数返回最后一次 db_exec 函数操作的返回值的阵列。
		handle 为进行操作的数据库的句柄。
		row 行数。结果的总行数为 db_exec 的返回值。
