		cache_stats() - 报告驱动程式 (driver) 和 Mud 函式库
				(mudlib) 的变化统计资料.
	语法:
		void cache_stats( void );

		无传回值 cache_stats( void );
	用法:
		这个函式只有在编译驱动程式时, options.h 中有定义 
		CACHE_STATS 才有用. 这个超越函式 (emulated function
		, 即 efun)  会列出 call_other() 的快取 (cache)
		效率.
