Move in the Table pane

Press To
TAB Move between tables
UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW Move to and select field names in a table
SHIFT+UP ARROW or SHIFT+DOWN ARROW Select contiguous fields in a table or to cancel selection

Move between columns and rows in the Data pane or the Criteria pane

Press To
F5, type the number of the record in the Record box, and then press ENTER Move to a specific record (row) in the Data pane
TAB, ENTER, or RIGHT ARROW
(from a selected cell)
Move to the next column in the Data pane
SHIFT+TAB, SHIFT+ENTER, or LEFT ARROW
(from a selected cell)
Move to the previous column in the current row or the last field in the previous record
END Move to the last column in the current row
CTRL+END Move to the last column in the last row
HOME Move to the first column in the current row
CTRL+HOME Move to the first column in the first row
DOWN ARROW Move to the current column in the next row
CTRL+DOWN ARROW Move to the current column in the last row
UP ARROW Move to the current column in the previous row
CTRL+UP ARROW Move to the current column in the first row

Move the insertion point within a value in a cell in the Data pane or the Criteria pane

Press To
F2 Cancel selection and display the insertion point in a selected cell
RIGHT ARROW Move one character to the right
CTRL+RIGHT ARROW Move one word to the right
LEFT ARROW Move one character to the left
CTRL+LEFT ARROW Move one word to the left
END Move to the end of the current line in single-line or multiple-line values
CTRL+END Move to the end of the value in multiple-line values
HOME Move to the beginning of the current line in single-line or multiple-line values
CTRL+HOME Move to the beginning of the value in multiple-line values

Move between screens in the Data pane or the Criteria pane

PAGE DOWN Move down one screen in a pane
PAGE UP Move up one screen in a pane
