To specify the default HTML topic file for a compiled help file
- Open a project (.hhp) file, and then click Change Project Options.

Specifies files, compiler, window, and other project settings.
- Click the General tab, and then in the Default file box, enter the name of the HTML file you want to appear when a user opens the compiled help file.
