Apply or remove a filter

In the design window, make sure the spreadsheet is activated. For instructions, see Help for your design program.
Click a cell within the list that you want to filter, or select the specific range of cells that you want to filter.
On the toolbar, click AutoFilter so that it is selected.
Click the arrow in the column that contains the data you want to display.
To display only the items you want to see, clear the Show All check box, and then select the check box for each item you want to display.
