Align text in chart titles and text boxes

1. Click the title or the border of the text box you want to align.
2. If you clicked an axis title, click Selected Axis Title on the Format menu.

   If you clicked a chart title, click Selected Chart Title on the Format menu.

   If you clicked a text box, click Text Box on the Format menu.

3. Click the Alignment tab.

   If you don't see the Alignment tab, click Cancel, click outside of the text you want to format, and then repeat steps 1-3.

4. Select the options you want.

Tip To quickly change the horizontal alignment of selected chart titles and text boxes, click Align Left , Center , or Align Right on the Formatting toolbar.
