Move or copy entire cells

1. Switch to the datasheet.

   How?

2. Select the cells you want to move or copy.

   How?

3. Point to the border of the selection.

   

4. To move the cells, drag the selection to the upper-left cell of the paste area. Microsoft Graph replaces any existing data in the paste area.

   To copy the cells, hold down CTRL as you drag.

Tip To move or copy cells to a different application or a long distance, select the cells, and then click Cut to move the cells or Copy to copy the cells. Switch to the other application, or select the upper-left cell of the paste area on the datasheet, and then click Paste .
