Remove subtotals

When you remove subtotals, Microsoft Excel also removes the outline and any page breaks that you inserted into the list along with the subtotals.

1. Click a cell in the list that contains subtotals.
2. On the Data menu, click Subtotals.
3. Click Remove All.
