Save Dialog Box
Appears when you save a database diagram, one or more tables on a database diagram, or when you save your work in the table designer and that work affects other tables. This dialog box lets you confirm the tables that will be saved.
Note Although you cannot undo changes made to a table or database diagram, the changes are not saved to the database until you save the table or database diagram. You can discard any unsaved changes by closing all open database diagrams without saving them.

Saves all the tables shown in the list.
No
Cancels the save action.
Save Text File
Displays the Save As dialog box, prompting you for a location in which to save a text file listing the tables. This file provides a record of the tables that were affected by the changes you made.
