Localizing the ACT! Network Synchronization Service

1. Ensure that Act.Framework.Synchronization.Service.UI.exe.config is installed in the ACT Network Sync directory. It is found in the ACT! install directory currently.
2. Edit Act.Framework.Synchronization.Service.UI.exe.config and set “installedLanguage” to the desired language.
3. Create a TTK for Act.Framework.Synchronization.Service.exe and translate to generate satellite assembly.
4. Sign the new satellite assembly.
5. Create a satellite assembly folder for the desired language in the ACT Network Sync folder.
6. Place the new satellite assembly in the above directory.
