Validates if the specified layout can be used as a Map Sheet layout.

Parameters 
Description 
pszFileName 
Input file name. The name should specify a complete path name with the .DWT or .DWG extension. This method validates if a file with the specified name exists and that the specified layout exists within that file.  
pszLayoutName 
Input layout name  
Returns

Returns true if this is a valid template layout; otherwise, returns false.
