Print Setup Dialog Box
The Print Setup command on the File menu specifies what printer to use and various related printing options:
Printer—Select the printer you want to use from the list of installed printers.
Properties—Specify advanced printer options such as encapsulated postscript file output, header printing, margins, and scaling in the Options dialog box.
Paper—Select the correct paper size and paper source supported by your printer.
Orientation—Specify the page orientation. If you select Portrait, the printed page is taller than it is wider; if you select Landscape, the printed page is wider than it is taller.
Network—Connects to a network printer (optional).
