Staff Key

The system will prompt for a staff key for important actions or changes in the system

For example creating a bill or making a payment

The Staff Key can be disabled by the Admin user

Administration > Settings > System Preferences > Administration Tab

Uncheck the box Ask for Staff key for important operations
