How to use the Recall Manager in GPComplete
From the main menu select Administration> Recall Manager and click on Select Patients in the Recall Manager Form window which will then open the Recall Selection Form.
The Recall Selection Form will allow to you to select different criteria for your search
- which type of recalls
- which doctors
- which date ranges
- option to include either overdue recalls, already recalled or both
- option to include inactive patients
- option to include deleted recalls
After you have selected the criteria click OK and a list of patients will then displayed.
The displayed list then gives you the option to
- Delete patients from the list
- Delete the recall for a patient in the list
- Send Mail to all patients in the list ("Mail Merge")
