The hard way.
There are an enormous number of tests stored in the table. These tests can be searched by either the test code or the test description. Each test has a code and a lot of them are not intuitive. The test description searches the first few letters of the test name.
Once a test(s) is selected it needs to be placed in the request box on the right side of the form by either
- double clicking
- checking the > arrow
- hitting the enter key
- drag & drop
The easy ways -
You can choose pathology favorites, then you can select a favorite which will then group a collection of tests together.
Select required observations - Select the required observations for the test by ticking the observation records if you want. -
Copy Reports To - Select contacts from your address book to add to this section.
| After you have created a request then click on print or Alt + P to print the pathology request. Please make sure you have the right paper in the printer before printing. When you click on print, the request will be automatically saved. If you do not want to print, but want to save the request for later use, then click on save. You can view this request in the pathology history in the clinical profile where the past requests are saved and re-issue the request again if needed. |
