Patient Health Record

To open a patient's Clinical Profile 

1. Double click the name on the Appointment screen
   

    
2. Right click and select Clinical Profile
   
   
3. Search thru the 
   Main Menu
   
   Patient> Search Patient
   
   

   
   
   Select the patient from the grid by scrolling down with the arrow key and hitting enter or double click on the name
