Tracking actions
The software will track actions in the encounter notes by creating a written flag.
- Obstetric notes additions
- Creation of a recall
- Creation of a pathology request
- Creation of a radiology request
- Prescriptions that are added, deleted or repeated.
This feature can be turned off by unchecking the boxes in User Preferences
Problem Oriented Notes
The software will attach these actions and relate them to different Problems in the one consultation
if
the User Preference setting option Use Multiple Problem Related Notes is checked on.
