Duplicate Staff

If the new staff member you are registering has the same last name and first name as an existing staff member, then the system will prompt you about the duplicate staff.

You have two options:

1. Keep New Staff: This option will let you continue with registering the new staff member
2. Merge New Staff: Select this option to merge the new staff with an existing staff member you have selected from the grid.

If merging two staff then all new values will overwrite the old values except the staff code. The staff code will remain the same.
